  • Decorating Consultation

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe your space needs a refresh - new paint, decor, design - but you’re not sure where to start. Let us help you update your home to match your vibe. Service includes:-

    • 2 hours of in person design consultation time

    • Walkthrough and viewing of interior spaces

    • Detailed consult report of design ideas and suggestions providing a game plan you can follow

    • Implementation completed by you

    • Photos of the space are taken (with a signed photo release form) for future reference if it is decided to move to a signed design contract for interior design implementation with the designer

    $500 flat fee

  • Construction Consultation

    Are you a DIY’er at heart but maybe need a nudge in the right direction, don’t know where to start, or want to ensure that you’ve captured everything that needs to happen in your project? We can help you with that. Service includes:-

    • 2 hours of in person project consultation time

    • Walkthrough and viewing of project space

    • Assistance defining and refining your vision

    • Establish the scope of work, list of recommendations, and action plan for you to follow on what is required to complete your project

    If you need help with certain aspects of your project, we are happy to assist with our in-house construction team and network of contractors. We will provide a cost estimate of additional services to help bring your project to life.

  • Design Plan Service

    If you’re struggling with a new vision of your space and need help bringing it to life, this package is for you. Services include:-

    • 1 hour of in person design consultation time to understand your style, desire, and take measurements

    • Initial design concept for you to review + 2 rounds of plan edits

    • Printed room blueprint is yours to keep to project manage your renovation independently

    • 3D space rendering of final design is available for an additional fee

    $1500 flat fee

  • Full Service Design + Construction

    Full-service means we manage your interior design project from concept to completion. We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind spaces, which range in scope from single room refresh to full home remodels. Learn more about the Steps of Service when moving through your project

  • If your project includes just the furnishings, paint, updating fixtures, and some accessories, then “decoration” is the appropriate service for your needs. Many trained designers also offer interior decorating services.

    If your scope of work includes new construction specifications, or you are working on a renovation of your existing home, meaning--an overall plan that takes into account a concept, a budget, and construction, you are looking for an interior designer who has received training.

    The decisions you make, whether with a decorator or designer lead to a comprehensive design concept and specifications, and it’s all in pursuit of one result: your stunning home.

  • We suggest working with our interior design team first before the construction team is identified. Our knowledgeable team is able to enhance your project and ensure that you receive the end result that is in your dreams.

    With our in-house design/build capabilities we are able to be a one-stop-shop for you from concept to completion.

  • Without an interior designer, It’s like making a movie without a director; there’s no one holding the full vision and no one sharing information with the team in an industry specific way.

    With a designer on board, you will have someone taking charge of decisions, someone who knows exactly how all of the pieces in your very large project puzzle impacts the next, and someone who can, and will, take all those pieces and create a home that is breathtaking in every way.

  • Design / build is a construction delivery method that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project.

    One entity holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build — from estimation, assessments and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, subcontracting, construction and post-construction.

    The design-builder, manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and materials providers.

  • If you want to do your own purchasing, that is fine as long as we know that prior to beginning the project. We ask that you show us your selections before purchasing, and if we don’t believe the item fits, we’ll let you know. You are responsible for delivery, installation, freight damages and time spent coordinating all of the services. We are not responsible for any warranties which may be impacted due to the customer purchasing the product.

  • The budget is where the realistic picture of your project begins. A budget is a map that shows us how we can do the best job for you. We will walk you through the process of budgeting based on our extensive experience. We find that our clients may know how much they want to invest, but may not know what is a reasonable budget for furnishings and fees for their project. Typically budgets start at $150-350/ft and can fluctuate based on your product selections.
