In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the project manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.

• Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle

• Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met

• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, data analysis, and email

As a Carpenter Technician you’ll perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving material. You’ll perform or assist with general construction tasks such as framing, drywall, painting, flooring installation, demolition, setting cabinets, etc.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours per day

• Willingness to learn

• Work inside and outside, sometimes in in climate or cold weather

• Ability to climb into / out of equipment and ladder to access high places

• Must be able to exercise independent judgement and decision-making

• Access to reliable transportation and bias for being on time
