Our process.

Design Consultation

One of our team members will come to your home to understand the scope of your project, talk through your vision, take measurements, and get a sense of what your space may need in order to transform your dream to reality. A conceptual estimate is created shortly after.

Design Meeting

Once you have had a chance to review the conceptual estimate, we will work with you to go over your project scope and gain a better appreciation of the layout and use of the space. Understanding your likes and dislikes allows us to down select materials for your review and develop your 3D renderings. Once a design layout is finalized, we will come back to your home with everyone that needs to be involved in your project.

At R5 Construction, LLC we believe in earning your business. Remodeling your home is a significant investment and we are going to invest in you. Our interactive process will ensure that your end product meets your expectations and vision.

In-Home Trades Meeting

Now that your design is in place, we will bring in the contractors needed to complete your project. Doing this allows our contractors to see the space and review the detailed plan we’ve created which provides them opportunity to understand what is needed to make your project a success. More importantly though, it provides you the opportunity to meet the specialists that will be working on your project. If there are any adjustments that need to be made to your plan, we will work to incorporate them into your timeline, scope, and project costs.

Proposal Discussion

Now that we have an understanding of the scope of your project, we will be able to pull together a detailed proposal for your project. For some line items such as flooring, counters, fixtures, etc. we will put in a place holder amount until final selections are made. At this point, should you like to proceed we will finalize your contract and collect a downpayment. We will also schedule time for you to meet with our in-house interior designers to work through your final selections.

Final Selection Meetings

Now that you have signed your contract, it’s time to finalize your design by picking out your materials. Our in-house designers will guide you through this process. Once your selections are made and ordered we will be able to provide you with a project timeline based on the timelines.

Pre-Construction Meeting

How exciting, your project is about to begin! About 2 weeks before we start work on your project we will meet with you to discuss logistics such as where to place a dumpster, staging area for materials, and overall project timeline.
